R-LINK 2: the touch screen tablet that controls everything
Drivers enjoy an unprecedented human-vehicle interface with R-LINK 2 that outclasses the usual functions of on-board multimedia systems. The ergonomics is unparalleled with a large capacitive screen, available in 7” horizontal or 8.7” vertical, unique on the market, with multiple display. The menus are intuitive, coupled with effective voice recognition. Drivers control all the comfort features, driving aids, safety and multimedia.
Remote engine start & Renault smart card
The engine can be started before the driver gets in, in order to pre-cool the cabin, even if the vehicle is locked, the system can be activated by key or programmed in advance in the dedicated R-LINK 2 menu.
Bose sound system
New Renault KOLEOS scales new heights in audio realism, by offering a totally immersive experience with its Bose® surround sound system. Base sounds are natural and deep, and the sound details are clear and precise in all circumstances, regardless of the volume.
Cruise control & speed limiter
The cruise control allows you to select a constant speed for better driving comfort. The limiter is used to set a maximum speed that the vehicle shall not exceed. A steering wheel control is used to adjust the selected speed.
All modes 4x4 i-transmission
All modes 4x4 i-transmission, with the choice between 3 modes: 2WD, 4WD Auto, 4WD Lock. Suitable for off-road, in-town, motorway, track driving. This transmission type employs electronic sensors that control wheel spin and automatically distribute up to 50% of the torque to the rear wheels. Combined with ESP (Electronic Stability Program), the system can control each wheel independently.
Front and rear parking sensors
Ultra-sonic sensors are positioned around the vehicle and send information to computers that process the information and translate them into warnings for the driver.
Rear view camera
Front & rear parking sensors are combined with rearview camera. It assists drivers in their manoeuvres by displaying the environment behind the vehicle.

It measures the available space and works out your line of approach. All you have to do is manage the accelerator, brakes and gears. Sensors at the front, rear and sides and reversing camera: benefit from 360° protection.
Electronic stability control
ESP continuously monitors the grip of each wheel to improve turning stability, especially on wet roads.
Hill start assist
Never worry about moving away on a steep hill again. We have equipped New Renault KOLEOS with a technology that can calculate the incline of the road and apply the brakes to allow you the time to move away with peace of mind.
Blind spot warning
With a sensor in the rear view mirror, New Renault KOLEOS detects the presence of a vehicle in your blind spot and alerts you with a warning light in the rear view mirror.
ISOFIX
The rear side seats are equipped with ISOFIX anchor points to secure child seats safely. The clips are easy to access and the system is easy to use.
Automatic parking brake
Easy to use, the electric parking brake enables you to immobilize your car in only one touch.
Tyre pressure monitoring
Each wheel has a sensor in the inflation valve which measures the tyre pressure. The driver is warned once the pressure is too low.
